Day At The Beach

Sunday was such a beautiful day that we decided to go the the beach. It was wonderful. We took the tram down to St Kilda, which took about 40 minutes. Not too bad if you ask me (this coming from a girl who had to drive 2 or more hours to get to a beach back home and the beach was cold and rocky) . Once we got to St Kilda we made a pit stop at the grocery store for some water and some sunscreen, didn’t want to burn. Then we headed to the beach. It was so nice to spend the afternoon down at the beach with my husband. We had some friends meet us down there later in the afternoon and had a great time with them as well. Once we decided we had enough of the beach for the day we walked back up into the city of St Kilda to find dinner. This was a bit of a trek, only cause we didn’t know what we wanted to eat There was many choices but we finally landed at “The Branch”. This was a great little pub with live music and $5 pizza’s. We had a great dinner enjoying the sun and eating our pizza. Can’t wait to do it all over again
